THAT got your attention! This will be a fun one for a select few of you. I know it was for me...just to figure out what some of this stuff was. Before they leave our building in ways librarians have a hard time with, I promised to try and find a home for these very special items. We received them from a college library but are not able to keep them due to space, collection development, what the general public wants, availability of internet access and well...just space. Some would make fantastic display pieces or props (we would keep them but we have a whole collection of Readers Guide to Periodicals we can't seem to let go). I have attached pictures of most of the covers so you can understand more about them than the general description below. Just shoot me an email and tell me what you would like, your RIDES number and a name to attach to them. I just know these will go fast. :) *Budget Message of the Governor (1974-1982)* *Economic Report of the Governor (1975-1982)* *Employment Plan of the Governor (1981-82)* *Executive Budget, State of Michigan (1976-1983)* *Governor's Special Commission on Land Use Report (1971 Appendix B, 1972)* *Michigan Compiled Laws Volumes 1-6, 1979* *Michigan Compiled Laws Volumes 1-6, 1948* *Michigan Compiled Laws Volumes 1-6, 1970* *Annual Report, Michigan Department of the Treasury (1974, 1975, 1975-78, 1978, 1978-82)* See...fun, right?! -- *Betsy Myers* Reference Department Interlibrary Loan/Programming *Traverse Area District Library* 610 Woodmere Ave Traverse City, MI 49686 231 932-8502 *Currently just read: Let Love Rule <https://catalog.tadl.org/main/details?id=48294423> by Lenny Kravitz* *Currently just listened to: Time for Mercy <https://tadl.overdrive.com/media/5428416> by John Grisham*

All these titles are gone, licketly split. Thank you! Now...check out the other Give-away email...are you sure nothing catches your eye? On Thu, Jun 10, 2021 at 9:59 AM Betsy Myers <mmyers@tadl.org> wrote:

JUST the set of Michigan Compiled Laws are left. It would be a fantastic 50th birthday gift to me (Monday) if you would take them off my hands and not have me feel guilty recycling them. Fantastic display props, risers...the green ones work really well if you do a fun book tree during the holidays instead of a live Christmas tree. I've got lots of ideas for you! Who's game?
