Activist Collective Book Club @ DPL's Edison Branch

The Edison Branch of the Detroit Public Library is proud to announce our new book group: The Activist Collective Book Club is a community-driven group where passionate readers come together to explore books that ignite change. Together, we'll explore stories of resistance, resilience, and the fight for a better world—one page at a time. All books are available to read for free on Hoopla. March's book for discussion is Freedom is a Constant Struggle: Ferguson, Palestine, and the Foundations of a Movement by Angela Y. Davis. Please feel free to share with your colleagues and patrons-- all are welcome to join, learn and find community with us. Flyer is attached, and you can register for this group on our Eventbrite<https://www.eventbrite.com/e/activist-collective-book-club-tickets-1143405128519?aff=oddtdtcreator>. Thanks!
