Hello All: We offer two Story Walks in our community, one in a local park and one in the downtown. The books are wonderful, we add EL activities for families to do at each page stop, they look great--but we're struggling to get quantifiable response on use. The last QR survey has been out on both Story Walks since June-- with 3 responses. Without response data, the thought is we should stop doing them, if nobody in the community is using them. We promote steadily on our Events Calendar, Facebook, etc. We've tried QR codes, entering respondents for a prize drawing, and response is still pitifully small. Is Story Walk over post-Covid? Do people just hate scanning the codes? What else can we do? What are other libraries experiencing? -- Jean Fellows Programming Coordinator Grand Ledge Area District Library 131 E.
