If so, consider designing a logo to submit for the 2016 Loleta Fyan Small and Rural Libraries Conference Logo contest. The winning member of the Michigan library community will receive a complimentary registration to the conference and have their design included in the printed program. The 2018 Loleta Fyan Small and Rural Libraries Conference is scheduled for April 30-May2, 2018 at the Grand Traverse Resort in Acme, Michigan. The theme for the 2018 RLC (following the current library topic of diversity and inclusion) is "Open Doors, Open Minds." Please submit your artwork by September 1, 2017 in electronic format, to atkine@michigan.gov<mailto:atkine@michigan.gov> The winner will be announced along with the conference programs in January 2018. When submitting your artwork, please remember: 1. Include your name, library and contact information 2. Use the full name of the event in your design - Loleta Fyan Small and Rural Libraries Conference and the conference theme: Transforming Libraries, Transforming Lives 3.
