question for district libraries with more than one location

For district libraries with more than one location, how do you handle fine payments if the fine has been incurred at one library but the patron goes in to pay at another library? We want to offer the best customer service possible, and making a patron go to another location to pay a fine is just not acceptable. There has to be a better way.
