Baldwin Public Library has 55 brand-new, never-used bags like this to give away:

We have: 34 in navy blue which are 15 inches high and 11.25 inches wide and 21 in royal blue which are 16.25 inches high and 14.25 inches wide

All measurements were taken with the flap closed. They have Velcro closures (not zipper - see the second picture in the Demco link), solid nylon backs, clear plastic fronts and grommets for hanging.
