Questions for Libraries Closing due to COVID-19

For Libraries who have decided to close, can you share more about what that entails? If you are closing, how are you handling your employees? Will they still be coming in to work to do internal processes? If so, will they be keeping their same schedules, or are you adjusting schedules? Are you limiting number of hours being worked? If you are closed altogether and having employees stay home, how are you handling pay and personal time off? Also helpful to know: if any of you have union situations to consider.
