Hello, Two years ago we installed 3m workstation pads for our book/item security system. We've had so many issues with them and I am wondering if anyone out there has experienced this also. Check-in/Check-out is so inconsistent, and patrons have to come back to get re-checked out as they get "beeped" by our gate. We've had service, and they could not find any issues, of course. Are there any other companies out there that might work with our self check out and gate system? Any fixes you've found to work with the pads? Julie Grynwich, Director New Buffalo Twp.
