Summary - This webinar will review the Library Privacy Act, as well as other legal issues surrounding information and data privacy for public libraries. Description - Privacy is an important issue for libraries. In addition to privacy laws governing patron records and reading histories, libraries must grapple with data privacy, employee privacy and even privacy of a patron's reference inquiries.
