
The Dorr Township Library is looking into providing insurance to our staff here and wondered how do other libraries decide on the percentage of insurance to pay for staff? Do you base this on the number of hours worked? The number of years that staff member has worked for the library? Or just a flat percentage for all employees? Also do you offer some type of bonus for those opting out of insurance? Thank you and sorry for all the questions at once!
