Good morning, I am a physician that lives in the neighborhood and I heard this talk by Emanuel Goldman about transmission of Covid 19 on surfaces. He specifically talks about transmission on books and said most of the available data suggests about 1 day would be sufficient rather than 3 or 4. He gets to this point toward the last 10 minutes.

I just wanted to thank everyone for all of the hard work you're doing serving our community! I am sharing this article not to necessarily suggest you change anything, but more as reassurance that you're being extremely safe for everyone. I thank you so much. The library has been such a wonderful thing to still have through this strange year and I know it's because of the hard work of all of our wonderful librarians.
