The Marketing and Communications Manager develops and implements comprehensive marketing, branding, and public relations strategies for the library system. This position oversees internal and external communications, manages digital and print content, and supports fundraising efforts. This role collaborates closely with library leadership, program managers, community partners, and media outlets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism or related field required.
