Our HDL millage passed by 85%, including a whopping 91.9% in the City of Holland! This was our first vote as a District Library and the ballot language was confusing, asking people to approve a "new and additional tax," so a huge effort was required to inform voters that this was a renewal of our millage and not a new tax.
