We have an adjoining population area that has no library services, so we get a number of non-residents applying for a non-resident card at our library. My question to this knowledgable group is as follows: Do your non-residents have the same privileges as residents have (interloan, etc.)? What do you charge for non-resident cards (Individual vs Family)?
