In this intro conversation, Seth Bernard will cover some of the basics of understanding racial justice, including historical context, working definitions, a framework called the Five Faces of Oppression (known as 1) Exploitation, 2) Marginalization, 3) Powerlessness, 4) Cultural Imperialism, and 5) Violence), and tools for accountable allyship.
