Good morning all, It is getting close to Irish season here in Clare County and our community is getting ready to celebrate the Clare Irish Festival the weekend of March 14th. For several years the Pere Marquette District Library has sponsored the Irish Pet Contest in partnership with our Parks and Recreation Department. Unfortunately, this year contestant photos are slow to be submitted. First prize is a mini photo session from Guys & Dolls Photography in Clare, 2nd place is a $50.00 gift card from Jay’s, and 3rd prize is $25.00 gift card from Johnston Elevator Company in Clare.
