The announcement below is updated with dates and links to help you register for the webinars. E-Rate EPC Access Technical Assistance Webinars All E-Rate related activities will now take place in the Universal Service Administrative Company's (USAC) new portal, the E-Rate Productivity Center (EPC). The TRIG E-Rate Activity will be hosting four technical assistance webinars for EPC access and to discuss any concerns the field may have regarding EPC. Beginning October 30, 2015, there will be weekly webinars held on Fridays from 10 - 11 am that will assist districts with problems with account access in EPC.
