SOUTHFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY 26300 EVERGREEN ROAD SOUTHFIELD, MI 48076 JOB ANNOUNCEMENT � SUBSTITUTE LIBRARIAN: YOUTH SERVICES POSITION: The Southfield Public Library has positions available as substitute librarian in the Youth Services Division. The primary responsibility is to provide reference and reader's advisory services to patrons at the Youth Services reference desks at the Southfield Public Library. REQUIREMENT: An A.L.A. accredited MLS degree is required Experience with providing reader's advisory and reference services for children in a public library setting is preferred. SCHEDULE: Substitute librarians are scheduled to work a variety of hours including evening and weekend hours. The schedule is flexible and posted in advance.
