Good morning everyone, I am hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Picnic at a local pavilion in August and it will be our first official recognition event for our volunteers at our library. I have never hosted anything like this before and am looking for suggestions from those who have held this kind of event in the past. Any tips on food, games, activities, small goodies and awards to give out? What is a reasonable amount to spend on this type of event? Any other suggestions or tips for logistics and costs would be greatly appreciated.
