Free Virtual Event: The Great Depression & The New Deal

Hi there everyone, Cromaine District Library wants to share an upcoming free virtual event with you and your patrons. We have Oakland University professor Daniel Clark joining us via Zoom to walk through various programs of the New Deal as a response to the Great Depression. This talk is tied in with this year's Livingston Reads pick, *The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek*, and will cover some of the topics faced in the novel. You don't have to have read the book to enjoy the history, though! We hope to see you there! *Event is on March 17 at 6:30 pm. Registration is required.* *Click here <https://cromaine.evanced.info/signup/EventDetails?EventId=17640&backTo=Calendar&startDate=2021/03/04> to register.* Meagan Brown *My Pronouns: She/Her - See www.mypronouns.org <http://www.mypronouns.org/> to learn more.* Adult Services Manager Hartland's Cromaine Library 3688 N.
