Public Library Financial Management Guide - 2021 Updates: Financial management in a public library is an important issue for library administrators, staff and trustees. To assist public libraries with fiscal issues, the Library of Michigan provides the Public Library Financial Management Guide. The guide covers basic accounting, revenues, expenditures, budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls as well as other topics. The guide is updated occasional to remain up-to-date on accounting issues. LM, with Alan Panter of Yeo & Yeo, completed a full revision of the Guide in 2021.
