Facilities Committee Description/Scope/Charge
Hello all! My new Board has decided to create an ad-hoc Facilities Committee with the idea of using it to plan for, develop, and implement facilities improvements, updates, and (hopefully someday) expansions. *If you have such a committee, by any other name, I would love to see your official description/scope/charge! Also, if you have professionals on your committee, do you pay them for their time at the meetings, etc., like a city/twp would a board of appeals?* Many thanks in advance.
