
Hello Fellow librarians. Hoping you can share your knowledge with me on the subject of fees charged by your library. As we discuss finance issues locally, I have been asked to find out the following information from libraries around the State. If you would be willing to reply to me 'off-list' (see my email below) I would be most appreciative. To what extent do you operate on a "fee for service" model, if at all? How do you determine how and what fees are assessed, and to whom? Do you incorporate any kind of 'needs test' when determining fees for services? Thank you all so much!
