Help desk options (for internal workflow)

Hi everyone! I am looking for ways to better manage our internal workflow... especially in terms of website updates, social media requests, promotions/publicity in general. Does anyone have a great system for this? Maybe like a helpdesk ticketing system? Unfortunately, our budget doesn't currently allow for a full-time communication coordinator, even though the workload is certainly that of full-time. I'm trying to find efficiencies to help streamline what needs to get done, especially while I'm trying to fill the turnover gap. Thanks!!
