Hello Everyone, We are looking to create a policy regarding our procedures for receiving bids for projects and who needs to approve an expense. For example, at what dollar amount can the Director approve a project, and at what point does the Board need to approve it. Also, at what dollar amount do we need to go out for bids, or what is the minimum number of bids we need to receive for such a project. If you have such a policy, could you please share it?
