Come to the third annual genealogy seminar at the Pinckney Community Public Library, *Putting the Puzzle Together. *This full-day workshop will take place Saturday, April 8, 2017, at the Library. It features respected speaker Daniel Earl, who will present a series of four selected talks including “Ancestors in Context: Putting History in Your Family History”, “Living on Cloud 9: Genealogy Beyond the Binder”, “Crowdsourcing Your Genealogy: Rethinking Brick Walls” and “Funeral Homes and Family History: They’re DYING to Meet You.” No matter where you are in your research – just starting out, stumped at a missing name, or expanding to new generations – information provided through this seminar will help you out. The day’s schedule includes planned discussion sessions and networking breaks. Bring your questions and the family names you are seeking.
