Hello Trustee Alliance Friends, The theme of the next Friends of Michigan Libraries (FOML) Trustee Alliance workshop is *"**Strategic Thinking, Strategic Planning: How Trustees Can Plan for Success**"* and it's coming up on *Friday, October 2nd, 2015* at the historic Carnegie Building across the street from the *Petoskey District Library!* We have special guest speaker *Sarah Ann Long* and her topics include: - *The Value of Strategic Planning & Steps Toward Achievement* - *Assessing Your Plans: How Do You Measure Success?* - *How Strong is Your Board?
