Our library was starting our weeding process before we were so rudely interrupted by COVID. I started with some of the most obviously old and outdated books. We want to continue when we get back on campus with a more detailed and thorough weeding. We are a small (30,000 items) private, business university. I'm hoping you will share your thoughts and ideas about weeding and your library's criteria for weeding. We have a written policy/procedure, but it's pretty basic and broad.
