December Library Law Spotlight Webinar-Registration Now Open

Greetings! Registration is now open for December Library Law Spotlight Webinar. This webinar will take place on Friday, December 18, 2020 from 10:00am-11:30am. This month's topic is Remote Work. Remote work is something unfamiliar to many Michigan Libraries- and Library Boards. The past weeks have demonstrated that libraries must be open to the realities of remote work for some employees. Mike Blum, an Employment Law attorney with the Foster Swift law firm, and Anne Suernyck, a Library Law Attorney with the Foster Swift will join Clare Membiela in a Q&A format to discuss remote work policies and procedures for libraries and other pandemic issues.
