We are having an increasing problem with receiving dvds that are in cases that are locked. They are either not being unlocked prior to sending them out in Mel or they are sliding back to locked position while in transit. We don’t use the locking case system at our library so its problematic to receive a locked dvd. Life would be easier if we could just unlock the dvds oursleves. Can anyone with this system share the manufacturer name and contact info so that we can order the tool to unlock the dvds when they come in? Thanks for your help.
