This two hour webinar will provide tips on where to find them and how and why you should use them, with a particular focus on Michigan state and local government. The class will also offer insight into how to help your patrons who need to access government programming or to interact with online government services, how to communicate with government agencies and how copyright may affect the use of state and local government information.
