Free Zoom Event: Nature at Night -- Bats of Michigan 7/12 at 6:30pm

Hello everyone, Cromaine Library has an upcoming zoom event we'd love to have you and your patrons attend. On Monday, July 12 at 6:30pm, we will be hosting an event on Michigan bats. This is a live event and will not be recorded. Here's the description: "Bats may get a bad rap in literature and the media, but these incredible mammals play an important role in our natural and agricultural ecosystems. Come learn more about our nine Michigan bat species, the threats they face in the Great Lakes and beyond, how we learn about them through acoustic monitoring, and some ways that we can all encourage bats in our backyards!"
