Space Utilization Studies, Master Planning, and library expansion projects
Good afternoon, We are planning for an expansion project and an architecture firm we are considering working with suggested a good starting point would be a space utilization study followed by creation of a master plan (we don't have one currently) to help focus the scope of the project. We received a quote from the firm for each. My board discussed and would like me to gather more information about SUS's and master plans and attempt to solicit quotes from other firms for comparison. Hi, We used Library Design, Kyle Haning, [ mailto:kyle@librarydesign.com, | kyle@librarydesign.com, ] and were very happy with them. They were thorough and came up with some creative ideas. Our space study cost $10,000 and took several months, although some of that was my fault.
