Top notch. Based in Traverse City as well. I host most of my clients’ sites, but my clients with larger sites use CloudAccess. We also use cloudaccess.net and have had a really great experience so far (since late last year). The service is pretty solid, and very configurable using their control panel (CCP). I also have to say that their support staff has been very friendly and responsive. I don’t think we have had to wait longer than hour or two for an email response.
