Hello all! Jumping off the faxing fees post, who do you use for your fax service provider for public use? Envisionware will start charging us a monthly base fee plus a per page charge over 250 (included) pages starting in January. This new fee plus the amount of faxing we do would make it so we would have to increase our per page fees and we really want to avoid this. Who do you use for your faxing service provider if you use one? Do you simply have a dedicated phone line for this? Other solution? If you handle the faxing provider contracts for your library or can put me in contact with who does, please email me with some info. Thank you!! WEAVE, it is our VOIP for our district but we have an app on our computers, fast scanning machines that do both sides, and can ‘fax’ to phone line or email. All branches are able to utilize it. We monitor what comes in which isn’t much. Amber Alexander Library Director – MLIS Presque Isle District Library 181 E.
