The Chesterfield Township Library is seeking a *Youth Services Librarian* who is passionate about fostering *a love of learning and a sense of belonging* for children, teens, and families in our community. *This position has a strong emphasis on serving teens* through dynamic programming, meaningful outreach, and collection development tailored to their needs. In this role, you’ll develop and lead engaging programs for ages 0-17, with a particular focus on *creating impactful experiences for teens*. You’ll curate an inspiring youth collection, provide expert readers’ advisory and reference services, and connect with the community through outreach and partnerships. This full-time position offers *a salary of $46,761 to $60,021 on an 11-step scale*, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. *Qualifications:* A Master’s in Library Science (MLS/MLIS) from an ALA-accredited institution is preferred, but equivalent professional experience working with youth in a library or educational setting will be considered.
