Due to the retirement of the current director, the Mackinaw Area Public Library Board of Trustees is seeking a director candidate with a vision for leading the library into the next levels of technology and service. Library staff certification as authorized by the Library of Michigan will be required. A Master’s degree in Library Sciences from an American Library Association accredited university or at least five years’ experience in a supervisory role at a library is preferred.
