Coordinator, User Services (E) – Waldo Library -- This position works four 10-hour shifts per week, Sunday-Wednesday, and covers nights at Waldo. https://www.wmujobs.org/postings/1381 Coordinator, User Services (E) – Waldo Library -- This position works Saturday – Wednesday, covering weekend and early evening hours in the library. https://www.wmujobs.org/postings/1382 Both positions are responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting library users at the service desk and online with a wide range of transactions and inquiries related to reference, circulation, reserves, interlibrary loan, and technology support. Staff in the User Services department are responsible for interpreting and implementing library policies, data collection, and training and mentoring student employees, as well as ensuring the security and safety of library users, collections and equipment, and the Waldo Library facility.
