Hi Guys, We have not utilized volunteers in the past because I've always been afraid of undermining staff duties but the issue has come up a lot lately. I'm in information- gather mode. Do you have any wisdom to share on these issues: 1. Do you have a volunteer policy of some kind? Would you be willing to send a copy over? 2. What do you ask them to do? 3. How do you vet volunteers? 4. Who supervises them? I realize this is a lot of info.
