"These small grants go a long way to help ensure libraries deliver core services for American Indian tribes and Alaska Native villages," said IMLS Director Susan Hildreth. "Libraries use the grants to buy library materials, fund salaries and training, provide Internet connectivity and computers, and much more to help meet the informational, educational, and cultural needs of tribal communities."
