You’ll be working closely with the administration team and branch staff to support the growth and development of JDL employees. You’ll be a vital part of the team, ensuring that staff have access to the tools and resources needed to thrive in their roles. The position involves a mix of administrative duties, scheduling, and supporting the development and delivery of training programs that promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
