The University of Michigan-Dearborn has an exciting job opportunity for an Assistant Librarian at the Mardigian Library. The chosen candidate will work with a dynamic team to manage the operation of the single service Library Info Desk at the Mardigian Library, including student hiring and training to provide first tier research assistance, live chat, and circulation services to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will also serve as a member of the library faculty, developing and implementing innovative programming to engage students with the library. The incumbent will also partner with instructional faculty and other campus departments to help students achieve basic library skill competency, promote library services, and foster positive relationships and support student success.
