Wood Puzzle - How to transfer image

Hi all, I would love a little crafting help. Has anyone used these puzzles before? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R5159TR?ref=fed_asin_title If so, what was the best method you found to transfer a printed image to the puzzle? I have tried mod podge on top of the paper and let it dry, but the ink did not stick to the puzzle. I have also tried printing to shiny wax paper type paper, and that did not work either. If you have any helpful suggestions, I would love some help. Thank you! -- *"Reading should not be presented to children as a chore, a duty. Hi Lorry These don't look like wood. One of the reviewers said they are made of MDF which means they are not good for decoupaging. Maybe research if you can prime them with primer first? I'm not sure, but I know MDF is definitely not wood and it's harder to work with it. Irene Assistant Director Berrien Springs Community Library 215 W. Hi Lorry, Matte medium gel may work. Check out Nitsa Malik's video, she uses plywood and MFD. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dl_wNsb_9r4 Have a great day!
