Kids getting library cards

What criteria does your library use for children getting library cards especially those who are preschool and younger. Please reply to me and not the list. I will compile my findings and post it to the list later. Thanks, Carla D. Archer, Support Services Coordinator Southfield Public Library 26300 Evergreen Rd. Hi, I wanted to let everyone know about a fun program and exhibit. Zarinah El-Amin Naeem is the owner of Beautifully Wrapped and she will come to your library and do a head wrapping workshop and demonstration. It is a fun program - we did it back in 2014 and it was a huge hit! We had 80 people come and everyone loved it. Zarinah will demonstrate a couple of different head wrapping styles from different cultures around the world on audience members, she tells the story of its origins and its significance and at the end of the program she has wraps for the audience to try it themselves. It was such fun we are having her back again in the fall. She also has an exhibit that she can bring to the program and/or display it at your library. We used it to build up excitement prior to the program. Her requested honorarium is $300 and her contact information is: Zarinah El-Amin Naeem, M.A. Founder of Beautifully Wrapped https://www.facebook.com/Headwraps Cell: 313-377-2857 Email: zarinah@niyah.net I've attached some pictures I took of the exhibit and the head wrapping workshop.
