Greetings everyone, If your public library loans objects and any of those objects relate to food prep or processing, could you please contact me and let me know how you handle sanitation? I had a request to obtain a food dehydrator for the Library's lending collection. In calling around to some party planners and table service rental places, those entities have full kitchen dish rooms for sanitation. While public libraries lend a wide variety of tools, recreational equipment, etc., I haven't come across anything related to food prep equipment.
