Recipients will be randomly selected from all entries submitted by the deadline of Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Recipients will be notified by Thursday, July 20, 2023. Recipient may transfer the scholarship to a Trustee/board member, Friends of the Library board member, or Foundation board member of the same library.
