The Ferris Library for Information, Technology & Education (FLITE) at Ferris State University (Big Rapids, Michigan) seeks a collaborative, innovative, creative, and user-focused First-Year Experience librarian. FLITE is a teaching library where librarians are engaged in library instruction and information literacy skill development. This position helps advance strategic investments in integrative learning, digital scholarship, and readiness for life after college through support of excellence in teaching and learning during the first college year. Specifically, the individual in this important position coordinates an established, successful, first-year program in concert with university students, faculty and staff. This is a 12-month, tenure-track, faculty position. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
