"Blood and Iron"? book title
Hello all. I have a patron looking for a book that he says is titled "Blood and Iron". I can turn up many different books with that title, but none appear to be what he described. He is looking for a book that is about the Spanish-American War. He says that it begins with the battle for Manilla Bay and ends with the Boxer Rebellion. He says that he saw it advertised in a magazine a few years ago and that it cost $50.00 I have searched on many different combinations of terms. If I find Blood and Iron, it's not about the Spanish American war. If I search Spanish American war, no title comes close to Blood and Iron, nor to Manilla Bay, etc., etc. If anyone recognizes this book, I would be grateful for the information. Thanks!
