We've added a new position - assistant director (AD) I'm looking for examples of AD job descriptions to help us develop ours. We're Class II, so I'm really looking for smaller libraries to chime in. :) Also: Is your AD's name on checking/savings accounts? Does he/she possess a library credit card?
