Harwood, President and Founder of The Harwood Institute for Public Innovation<https://theharwoodinstitute.org/>, will be the keynote presenter. The day will include other national leaders in community engagement, including Mary Davis Fournier of the American Library Association<http://www.ala.org/index.php>, as well as a panel of local, Michigan libraries who are making great strides in engaging their own communities.
